Management's ongoing review of accounts receivable for each of its three business lines is not expected to be completed until the Company's release of its fiscal 1999 results in March 2000. The Company and its subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 with the United States Bankruptcy Court in Delaware on September 13, 1999.
