TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS	11. TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS The Company issued 5,860, 6,300 and 4,900 shares from treasury stock in 2011, 2010 and 2009, respectively, in conjunction with the exercise of certain employees' options and grants of restrictive stock, but did not purchase any shares during those years. The Company also utilized approximately 46,830 and 51,100 shares from treasury stock to match employee contributions in the Company's 401(k) Plan in 2011 and 2010, respectively.
