Subsequent Events [Text Block]	20. Subsequent Events On April 15, the Partnership entered into a Commercial Property Purchase Agreement to sell the Arboretum MF Property. A sixty day Inspection Period has commenced and, if successfully completed by the buyer, the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2016.
