Description of New Accounting Pronouncements Adopted and Not yet Adopted [Text Block]	Recently Adopted Accounting Pronouncements On February 5, 2013, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update 2013-02, Reporting of Amounts Reclassified Out of Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income, which adds additional disclosure requirements for significant items reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive income. This guidance was adopted on January 1, 2013 and only impacted disclosure requirements and did not have any effect on the operating results or financial condition of the Partnership.
