Details of company contribution to plan

In 2019, we matched 50% of the employees’ contribution up to $4,000. In the first quarter of 2020, as one of the COVID-19 related cost cutting initiatives, we temporarily suspended the 401 (k) match. A summary of 401(k) contribution for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019 are as follows (in thousands):
