ENGAGEMENT OF MACKENZIE PARTNERS, INC.

This proxy statement supplement amends and supplements the definitive proxy statement filed by Immersion Corporation (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2019 regarding the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company (the “Proxy Statement”).

Subsequent to the filing of the Proxy Statement, the Company engaged MacKenzie Partners, Inc. (“MacKenzie”) to assist the Company in soliciting proxies related to the proposals set forth in the Proxy Statement. MacKenzie may solicit proxies in person, by telephone or by other means of communications. The Company has agreed to pay MacKenzie approximately $7,500 plus reasonable out-of-pocket expenses in connection with its solicitation of proxies on behalf of the Company.
