OTHER NONCURRENT ASSETS	NOTE 3 – OTHER NONCURRENT ASSETS At June 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, other noncurrent assets were $145,000 and $0, respectively. Other noncurrent assets are comprised solely of advances made by the Company to Human Brands International, Inc., an entity with which the Company has entered into a merger agreement and plan of reorganization. See Note 8 – Commitments and Contingencies. The advances were made to help finance capital expenditures, expand capacity and facilitate working capital needs.
