SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events from May 31, 2016 through July 15, 2016, the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued, and concluded that no subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in these condensed consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
