SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 23, 2018, the Company closed a public offering of 4,210,527 shares of common stock at $9.50 per share to the public and received from the underwriter net proceeds of $36.6 million (net of underwriting discounts and commissions, and other offering expenses). We have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 631,579 additional shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions as the shares offered in the public offering.
