On March 4, 2022, Mannatech, Incorporated issued a press release announcing that the Board had declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Mannatech Declares Fourth Quarter 2021 Dividend

(Flower Mound, Texas) March 4, 2022–Mannatech, Incorporated(NASDAQ: MTEX), a global health and wellness company committed to transforming lives to make a better world, announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20per share of common stock, payable on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The dividend demonstrates a commitment to rewarding shareholders and encouraging long-term investment in Mannatech’s common stock.
