(1) As a result of re-alignments of business units in the Company’s management and organizational structure as discussed in Note 2, sales of $27 million and $63 million were reclassified from the Government Services segment to the Electronic Systems segment and sales of $20 million and $38 million were reclassified from the C3ISR segment to the Government Services segment for the quarter and first half periods ended June 25, 2010, respectively. Operating income of $6 million was reclassified from the Government Services segment to the Electronic Systems segment for the first half ended June 25, 2010 and operating income of $1 million and $2 million was reclassified from the C3ISR segment to the Government Services segment for the quarter and first half periods ended June 25, 2010, respectively. At December 31, 2010, $129 million of assets were reclassified from the Government Services segment to the Electronic Systems segment and $13 million of assets were reclassified from the C3ISR segment to the Government Services segment.
