Severance Payable
 
In
March 2018,
the Company agreed to a separation agreement with a contracted employee for severance pay and insurance reimbursements totaling
$299,000
payable in monthly installments of approximately
$15,000
from
April 2018
through
November 2019.
At
June 30, 2018,
the remaining balance of these installments was
$255,000
of which
$180,000
is included in current liabilities.
