Earnings Per Share [Text Block]	3. Basic earnings per share are based on the weighted average number of shares outstanding whereas diluted earnings per share include the dilutive effect of unexercised common stock equivalents. Potentially dilutive securities are excluded from diluted earnings per share calculations for periods with a net loss. For all periods reported, the earnings per share have been retroactively restated to reflect the stock dividends issued in 2010 and 2011.
