<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0px; text-indent:4%"><font style="font-family:times new roman" size="2">Goodwill relates to our September 2011 acquisition of MPC Data, Ltd. (“MPC”), a United Kingdom based provider
of embedded software engineering services. The excess of the acquisition consideration over the fair value of net assets acquired was recorded as goodwill. There was no change in the carrying amount of goodwill during the six months ended
June 30, 2013. </font></p>
<p style="margin-top:12px;margin-bottom:0px; text-indent:4%"><font style="font-family:times new roman" size="2">Intangible assets relate to developed technology, trade names and trademarks, customer relationships, and
non-compete agreements that we acquired from TestQuest Inc. in November 2008 and from the acquisition of MPC in September 2011. </font></p>
