On August 15, 2004, Open Joint Stock Company of Long Distance and International Telecommunications Rostelecom (the "Company") filed Affiliated Persons Report for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2004 (the "Affiliated Persons Report") with the Russian Federal Service for Financial Market ("FSFM") as required by the Russian Federation's securities legislation. A copy of the report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
