Investment Obligation	NOTE 5 - INVESTMENT OBLIGATION The Company received a total of $543,000 in 2013 in three payments from Fitzgerald Energy partnerships to be used for the investment of oil and gas properties. In September, 2013, $150,000 of this obligation was repaid through the sale of common stock. This obligation will be satisfied in full as a result of additional financings which occurred in 2014 –see Subsequent Events Note #9.

NOTE 5 - INVESTMENT OBLIGATION
