CARLSTADT, N.J., Aug. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jinpan International Ltd. (Nasdaq: JST), a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of cast resin transformers for voltage distribution, today announced that it plans to release second quarter financial results on Monday, August 8, 2011, after the market closes.
