NOTE 17 – MAJOR CUSTOMERS AND CREDIT CONCENTRATION
 
The Company’s customers are food manufacturers, school districts and distributors.  There were two significant customers who accounted for 40% and 19% of total sales for the six months ended June 30, 2015.  Further, there was one customer that accounted for 87% of the total accounts receivable for the six months ended June 30, 2015.
 
The Company maintains cash deposits with major banks, which from time to time may exceed federally insured limits.  At June 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, $0 and $777,713, respectively, were in excess of federally insured limits.  The Company periodically assesses the financial condition of the institutions and believes that the risk of any loss is minimal.
