NATURE OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – NATURE OF BUSINESS Z Trim Holdings, Inc. is a bio-technology company that owns existing, and develops new, products and processes that transform agricultural by-products into multi-functional ingredients used in food manufacturing, energy and other industries. The Company’s products can be used by food manufacturers and processors, restaurants, schools, and the general public worldwide, as well as in industrial applications. The Company continues to explore all available options for its other Z Trim technologies and related assets. The Company owns an exclusive license to Z Trim, a natural, agriculture-based functional food ingredient.
