RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 17 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company granted various awards to Officers and Directors as compensation for their services. These related party grants are fully disclosed in Note 13 above. During the period ended March 31, 2013, Brightline converted 665,339 shares of preferred stock plus accrued dividends of $533,000 into 3,859,697 shares of the Company’s common stock as disclosed in Note 9 above.
