SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On or about November 9, 2011, the Company issued the remaining 87,500 shares to Legend Securities valued at $70,000 based on the closing price of $0.80 on the measurement date. On October 3, 2011, the Company issued an additional 7,131 shares to a private investor upon the exercise of warrants for cash in the amount of $629. The cash was recorded in common stock payable at September 30, 2011.
