MAJOR CUSTOMERS AND CREDIT CONCENTRATION
The Company’s customers are food manufacturers.  There were two significant customers that accounted for greater than 10% (each) of sales for the six months ended June 30, 2011. These two customers accounted for 37%, and 27% of total gross sales.   In addition, there were three significant customers that account for greater than 10% (each) of accounts receivable for the six months ended June 30, 2011. These customers accounted for 10%, 10% and 50% of the accounts receivable.
 
The Company maintains cash deposits with major banks, which from time to time may exceed federally insured limits.  At June 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, the Company was not in excess of federally insured limits.  The Company periodically assesses the financial condition of the institutions and believes that the risk of any loss is minimal.
