Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 9, 2006, CSK Auto Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K including the slides provided in management’s current investor presentation. The Company is filing as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K corrections and clarifications to two of the slides (slides #14 and #16) that were contained in the prior presentation. The attached revised slides are intended to supersede in their entirety those slides (#14 and #16) furnished on the Form 8-K filed on January 9, 2006.
