Repurchase of Common Stock	(9) Repurchase of Common Stock On March 30, 2011, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a self-tender offer to purchase up to 2,200,000 shares of common stock at a price of $33.70 per share. The tender offer was initiated on April 18, 2011 and completed on May 16, 2011 when the Company accepted for purchase 1,353,607 shares of Class A and 278,335 shares of Class B common stock for $55.0 million.
