Recent Accounting Pronouncements	3. RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS The Financial Accounting Standards Board has issued a number of new accounting standards that require future adoption. Based on the Company’s initial review of these new standards, none are expected to have a material impact on the Company’s financial statements.
