Recent Accounting Pronouncements	4. RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS The Financial Accounting Standards Board has issued a number of new accounting standards that require future adoption. Based on the Company’s initial review of these new standards, none are expected to have a material impact on the Company’s financial statements.

It includes the conveyance of information necessary for a user of the Company's financial information to understand all aspects and required disclosure information concerning all changes and error corrections reported in the Company's financial statements for the period.
