Due to the expiration in 2024 of extended warranty service contracts that were assumed in August 2021 in connection with the acquisition of Pharos laser system products, the Company wrote off $0.2 million of inventories that will no longer be needed for warranty purposes, which is included in cost of revenues in the consolidated statement of operations.
