Employee 401(k) Savings Plan:

The Company sponsors a 401(k) defined contribution retirement savings plan that covers all eligible employees who have met the minimum age and service requirements. Under the plan, eligible employees may contribute a portion of their annual compensation into the plan up to IRS annual limits. The Company has elected to make matching contributions to the plan based on percentage of the employee’s contribution. For the years ended December 31, 2020, and 2019, the Company’s contributions to the plan were $240 and $248, respectively. On January 1, 2019, the Company elected a safe harbor match to the 401(k) defined contribution plan.
