Significant Customer Concentration:

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, revenues from sales to the Company’s international master distributor (GlobalMed Technologies) were $1,367 and $3,357, or 18% and 22%, respectively, of total revenues for such period. At June 30, 2019, the accounts receivable balance from GlobalMed Technologies was $882, or 25% of total net accounts receivable.

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2018, revenues from sales to the Company’s international master distributor (GlobalMed Technologies) were $1,955 and $3,266, or 26% and 23%, respectively, of total revenues for such period.

No other customer represented more than 10% of total company revenues for the three and six months ended June 30, 2019 and 2018. No other customer represented more than 10% of total accounts receivable as of June 30, 2019.
