Commitments and Contingencies:

Leases

The Company has entered into various non-cancelable operating lease agreements for real property and three minor operating leases for personal property. These arrangements expire at various dates through 2018. Rent expense was $783 and $748 for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.

 The future annual minimum payments under these leases, relating to our continuing operations are as follows:
