Workforce Reduction	10. Workforce Reduction On June 10, 2015, the Company eliminated approximately 175 open and filled full time positions, as part of a cost reduction program. As a result, the Company incurred a pre-tax charge of $4.5 million for severance and related costs, included in selling, general and administrative expenses. At August 1, 2015, accrued and unpaid severance and related costs were $3.4 million.
