Selected Quarterly Financial Data

The following tables contain unaudited Statement of Operations information for each quarter of 2016 and 2015. The Company believes that the following information reflects all normal recurring adjustments. During the fourth quarter of 2016, the Company reversed the accrual for potential future payments in connection with the departure from the Company of two executives in connection with an executive management reorganization in January 2016, which resulted in a $3.4 million increase in net income.  The operating results for any quarter are not necessarily indicative of results for any future period.
