Employee Benefit Plan	10. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN We have a contributory profit-sharing and employee savings plan covering all qualified employees. No contributions to the profit-sharing element of the plan were made by us in 2016, 2015, or 2014. We made matching contributions to the employee savings element of such plan of $2,320, $2,034, and $1,873 in 2016, 2015, and 2014, respectively.
