Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 31, 2023, the Company announced that Michael Ruppert, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, will step down from the Company, effective February 17, 2023. Michelle McCarthy, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, will serve as Mercury's interim Chief Financial Officer. On January 31, 2023, the Board of Directors announced the decision to initiate a review of strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value, including a potential sale of the Company. There can be no assurance that any transaction will be approved or consummated.
