EMPLOYEE BENEFITS The Company maintains a 401(k) retirement savings plan that all employees are eligible to participate in as well as a profit sharing plan. Profit sharing contributions are discretionary and are based on Company results. Contributions charged to operations for the profit sharing plan and matching contributions for the 401(k) plan for fiscal 2013, 2012 and 2011, were $227,581, $344,251 and $239,463, respectively.
