Mortgage Notes Payable	MORTGAGE NOTES PAYABLEIn January 2020, we prepaid the $45.6 million mortgage note secured by Yale West, which was scheduled to mature in 2052. As a result of the transaction, we recognized a gain on extinguishment of debt of $0.5 million related to the write-off of an unamortized mortgage premium of $1.4 million, partially offset by a prepayment penalty of $0.9 million. Following this repayment, we have no outstanding mortgage notes.
