Our shareholders have authorized 50,000,000 preferred shares at $0.01 par value, of which none are issued or outstanding at April 1, 2022, and 200,000,000 ordinary shares at $0.01 par value, of which 47,817,843 are issued and outstanding at April 1, 2022.

The below is a summary of the dividends paid per share for the quarters ended April 1, 2022 and April 2, 2021. These dividends were declared and paid within the same fiscal quarter.

We paid $7.2 million in dividends during the quarter ended April 1, 2022 and $4.7 million in dividends during the quarter ended April 2, 2021.

On May 3, 2022, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share, payable on June 10, 2022, to shareholders of record on May 18, 2022.
