Note 3 – Accounts Receivable

The majority of the Company’s commercial accounts receivable are due from OEM’s. Credit is extended based on an evaluation of a customer’s financial condition and, generally, collateral is not required.

Accounts receivable consisted of the following (in thousands):

(1) Accounts receivable associated with revenue from customers were $3.7 million and receivable due to the Company from an IBAS award was $2.4 million as of June 30, 2020, as described in Note 12 - Government Funding.
