Preferred Stock - Series B Convertible Preferred Stock (“the Preferred Stock – Series B”) 

As of June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, there were 5,659 shares of Preferred Stock – Series B issued and outstanding. 

Common Stock 

The Company received approximately $233 thousand and $257 thousand for the exercise of150,960 and 163,615stock options in the three and six months ended June 30, 2013, respectively. The Company received approximately $13 thousand and $42 thousand for the exercise of 4,875 and 28,875stock options in the three and six months ended June 30, 2012, respectively.
