(d) Election of New Director.
On August 20, 2019, Ingredion Incorporated (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K, dated August 19, 2019 announcing the election of Stephan B. Tanda as a director of the Company.
On September 30, 2019 the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Tanda a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Except for the addition of this information, there is no change in the Current Report on Form 8-K dated August 19, 2019.
