Restricted Assets	Restricted Assets Federal Reserve Board regulations require that the Bank maintain certain minimum reserve balances on hand or on deposit with the FRB, based on a percentage of transaction account deposits. The amounts of the reserve requirement balances as of September 30, 2013 and 2012 were approximately $840,000 and $874,000, respectively.
