Prepaid and Other Expenses	The carrying amounts reported in the balance sheets for prepaid expenses and other current assets approximate their fair market value based on the short-term maturity of these instruments. As of December 31, 2015 and September 30, 2015, the outstanding balance of prepaid and other expenses was $1,397,023 and $1,266,277, respectively. The $1,397,023 as of December 31, 2015 is comprised primarily of prepayments toward inventory purchases, deposits and other prepaid expenses.

The entire disclosure for other income or other expense items (both operating and nonoperating). Sources of nonoperating income or nonoperating expense that may be disclosed, include amounts earned from dividends, interest on securities, profits (losses) on securities, net and miscellaneous other income or income deductions.
