Organization and Nature of Operations	(1) Organization and Nature of Operations General Our core business is based on the manufacture and leasing of patented tracking and monitoring solutions to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, both in the U.S and abroad, for the electronic monitoring of offenders and offering unique data analytics services on a PaaS business model. Currently, the Company deploys offender based management services that combines patented GPS tracking technologies, fulltime 24/7/365 global monitoring capabilities, case management, and proprietary data analytics. We offer customizable tracking solutions that leverage real-time tracking data, best-practices monitoring, and analytics capabilities to create complete, end-to-end tracking solutions.
