Investments	Investments and DispositionsThe Company's investment spending during the nine months ended September 30, 2020 totaled $62.3 million of investments in Experiential properties. These investments included spending on the acquisition of two megaplex theatres totaling $22.1 million as well as build-to-suit development and redevelopment projects. During the nine months ended September 30, 2020, the Company completed the sale of three early education properties for net proceeds totaling $3.8 million and recognized a combined gain on sale of $0.2 million.
