(b) On November 16, 2007, Ellen J. DiStefano, the Senior Vice President-Loan Servicing of RAIT Financial Trust, or RAIT, notified RAIT that she was leaving her position with RAIT effective November 26, 2007. Ms. DiStefano was a "named executive officer" of RAIT as that term is defined in instruction 4 to Item 5.02 of Form 8-K.
