Capitalized interest costs amounted to $7.5 million, $3.2 million, and $1.5 million in 2019, 2018, and 2017, respectively. Depreciation and finance lease amortization expense relating to properties and equipment was $78.4 million, $80.9 million, and $96.1 million in 2019, 2018, and 2017, respectively.
