RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE E - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012, the Company incurred salary expenses from the Chief Executive Officer of the Company of $76,250 and $228,750, respectively. Of these amounts, $10,000 has been paid for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2012. The total unpaid balance as of September 30, 2012 is $628,756 and is included in accounts payable and accrued expenses.
