Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

e) On June 29, 2010, the Compensation Committee of Juniper Networks, Inc. (the "Company") established new annual base salaries for Kevin Johnson, the Company’s CEO; Robyn Denholm, the Company’s CFO; and Pradeep Sindhu, the Company’s CTO; of $840,000, $525,000 and $550,000, respectively. These new base salaries are effective as of July 1, 2010. The Compensation Committee established these salaries as part of its 2010 executive compensation review after consideration of individual performance and peer group compensation data.
