Recent Accounting Pronouncements

In February 2013, the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") issued Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") No. 2013-02, Comprehensive Income (Topic 220)—Reporting of Amounts Reclassified Out of Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income ("ASU 2013-02"), which amends FASB Accounting Standards Codification ("ASC") 220, Comprehensive Income to include the reporting of reclassifications from accumulated other comprehensive income to the respective line items in net income. The Company adopted ASU 2013-02 in the first quarter of 2013 and presented the effects within the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income and the accompanying notes.

In December 2011, the FASB issued ASU No. 2011-11, Balance Sheet (Topic 210)—Disclosures About Offsetting Assets and Liabilities ("ASU 2011-11"), and in January 2013 issued ASU No. 2013-01, Balance Sheet (Topic 210)—Clarifying the Scope of Disclosures About Offsetting Assets and Liabilities ("ASU 2013-01"). These standards create new disclosure requirements regarding the nature of an entity's rights of setoff and related arrangements associated with its derivative instruments, repurchase agreements, and securities lending transactions. Disclosures of certain instruments subject to enforceable master netting arrangements would be required, irrespective of whether the entity has elected to offset those instruments in the statement of financial position. The Company adopted these standards during the first quarter of 2013 and presented the effects in the accompanying notes.
