BASIS OF PRESENTATION	BASIS OF PRESENTATION The accompanying consolidated financial statements and related notes of the Company have been prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”). The accompanying consolidated financial statements and related notes are unaudited and should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements included in the Company’s most recent annual report on Form 10-K. The consolidated financial information as of December 31, 2017 has been derived from audited consolidated financial statements included in the Company’s annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. In the opinion of management, all normal, recurring adjustments have been included for a fair presentation of this interim financial information. Interim period operating results may not be indicative of the operating results for a full year. The Company reclassified previously presented financial information to conform to the current presentation.
